Arc Made Fabrications certified welders offer years of experience in Mig Welding, Tig Welding, Stick/Arc Welding.

With our constant training and experience, we service a diverse group of individuals and industries, and are able to offer short to medium runs spanning from small machined parts to larger Gates, doors, and other projects.

Can’t bring your project to us? No problem we will come to you for mobile welding and repair.

The different types of welding we do:

MIG Welding

Also Known as metal inert gas welding. The most commonly used method. MIG welding was initially developed for aluminum and other non-ferrous metals, it is now increasingly used for steel as well.

FCAW Welding

Also known as Flux-cored arc welding. This type of welding can be used with many types of metal with different thickness range. It is used when the job requires a high number of welds or involves outdoor welding. It is also used in areas where gas cylinders and gas shielding cannot be used, or if the material has some scale, rust, or other contaminants.

TIG Welding

Also known as gas tungsten arc welding. This type of welding can be used for more metals than any other type of process. TIG welding is widely used in aerospace, autobody repairs, and artists appreciate the excellent quality of TIG welds using them in sculpture welding.

SMAW / Stick Welding

Arc welding uses the power of an electric current to join two metals together. Arc Welding has been around since the 1800s and played a important role in shipbuilding during WWII. Today, arc welding is still a key part of shipbuilding, but also has a big role in automotive, construction, and mechanical industries.

As professional welders, we know the advantages and disadvantages of each welding method and once we discuss your project, we will determine which technique will best suit the job at hand. Reach out to get started today!
